After moving to Germany last month I've been feeling super tired and sluggish a lot of the time, partly due to a whole load of uni work and sorting things out since I've arrived here as well as being absolutely terrible at doing any kind of exercise at all.
So as of tomorrow things are going to get back into gear again. I've never been a sporty person and neither do I particularly enjoy being outside when there are a million books I could be reading indoors in the comfort of my own bed but as I'm sure anyone who's ever put on their running shoes or spent an hour in the gym will know, there's nothing quite like the feeling of knowing you've done your body some good.
