App Review: Seven

Today I used Apple's new app, Seven for the first time. Here's what I learned:


  • Seven is a fitness app which aims to help you do a daily workout lasting just seven minutes.
  • You begin with a fully body workout but you can access other specific workouts such as upper body and core etc the longer you use the app.
  • It's not easy - Some of the exercises, for me it was the arm exercises, are quite unpleasant, but the good news is that you only have to do each one for thirty seconds.
  • The app also tracks your progress with hearts, but forget to exercise for one day and you will begin to lose hearts and therefore have less chance of getting the achievements.
Although it's only been one day, I really like seven and seven minutes is definitely enough to get you feeling flushed even if that's the only exercise you do all day.
